Cornerstone Academy is proud to send our students to the Florida Junior Classical League Latin States Competition, a three-day event held in Orlando, Florida. This annual competition brings together students from across the state to showcase their skills in Latin language, Roman culture, mythology, history, and the arts of classical learning.
Participation in Latin States reflects our commitment to a Christ-centered Classical education, where students develop not only knowledge and academic skills but also virtue, perseverance, and teamwork. Over the course of the event, students engage in rigorous academic challenges, artistic competitions, and collaborative activities, all while representing Cornerstone Academy with integrity and excellence.
The Latin States Competition is more than a test of skill—it is a celebration of the classical disciplines that train students’ minds and hearts, teaching them to think critically, honor God in their studies, and grow in wisdom and character. We are grateful for the dedication of our students and faculty as they prepare for this exciting opportunity to learn, compete, and fellowship with peers who share their passion for classical education.
